Jane recently joined Griffins in 2023 as a senior investigator. She joined from the Insolvency Service where she had been a senior investigator, focussing on director disqualifications in complex and high-profile corporate structures.

Jane started her professional life as a solicitor, specialising in non-contentious commercial property, with over 15 years at a major City law firm advising investment, banking and charity clients. At times, this specialism in real estate fed into insolvency work and she spent almost a year as in-house counsel in HSBC’s work-out team during the 2008 financial crisis.

Jane brings with her a wealth of experience in insolvent investigations and corporate knowledge, particularly in complex structures. She also advises in-house across all teams on property matters and know-how.
