On Thursday 15th September, Stephen Hunt of Griffins was appointed Provisional Liquidator of Black Capital (a partnership) https://www.linkedin.com/company/bcuk-management/about/ a private investment firm based in Milton Keynes. 

​The action was brought be investors who had not received repayment of their substantial investments. Investigations suggest that investors are owed over £40m. Ongoing litigation includes freezing orders over the partners of the business. 

​Griffins are conducting a tracing exercise into the flow of funds and it is thought that several hundred investors have lost money.
