The Spring 2025 issue of Recovery magazine shares the remarkable story of the possible recovery of the Qualia Group, a care home business once at the centre of a £53 million investment scheme.

Stephen Hunt (Griffins) and Matthew Brown (Gateley Legal) led the efforts to uncover what appeared to be a Ponzi scheme involving over 700 care home rooms and investors from around the world. What they found was not only serious wrongdoing, but also a chance to recover funds for those affected.
