I coordinate governance, risk and compliance policy, ensuring that strategies keep pace with new legislation and stakeholder expectations. This includes supervising operational matters within the insolvency department and overseeing the firm’s HR function, whilst also managing the firm’s day to day operational capabilities and linking the firm’s policies, programs, systems, and actions into a structured business strategy.

I came into the insolvency profession from an accountancy and financial services background, commencing my insolvency career in 2002.  Since joining Griffins in 2009, I have worked on a wide variety of corporate and personal insolvency appointments, as well as investigating the conduct of Insolvency Practitioners.

I work with our clients to help them develop a systemic risk governance approach to decision making, empowering them to reap the benefits that good governance brings, and helping them to become more efficient and effective in managing their business opportunities and risks.
