Kevin Goldfarb

I am a Chartered Accountant and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. As office holder I act on a wide variety of insolvency appointments each year and I have considerable experience in dealing with complex and contentious insolvency issues including litigation, forensics, fraud investigation, recovery of debts via asset tracing, and turnaround and recovery.

I also take appointments and advise in the mainstream areas of voluntary liquidations, voluntary arrangements, creditor rights and debt restructuring.

For the last 20 years I have been the insolvency adviser to benevolent associations, charities, and other not-for -profit organisations. I work closely with the Trustees and support staff to provide a professional service and help them to meet their obligations to applicants.
