Insolvent and Litigation
I have over 8 years’ experience in the insolvency industry, focusing on contentious and fraud-related insolvencies. 2 of these years were spent in the British Virgin Islands running multi-jurisdictional liquidations and forensic investigation engagements.
I am experienced in formulating and bringing Insolvency Act claims for misfeasance, wrongful trading, fraudulent transactions, preferences, transactions at undervalue and void dispositions.
As an Assistant Manager in the Investigation and Professional Standard Unit at Griffins, I manage a varied portfolio of contentious compulsory liquidations, CVLs and bankruptcies. I work with Investigators within our team to conduct investigations, formulate claims and oversee litigation for cases where proceedings have been issued.
I am ACA qualified and currently studying towards the JIEB qualification.
