I came into the insolvency profession from an accountancy and financial services background, commencing my insolvency career in 2002. Since joining Griffins in 2009, I have worked on a wide variety of corporate and personal insolvency appointments, as well as investigating the conduct of Insolvency Practitioners. I became a salaried partner at Griffins in 2016.
I am responsible for strategic and operational oversight of all day-to-day activities across the firm. The role includes management of the firm’s compliance and statutory function, human resources, finance & management accounting, cashiering, and administration teams. Control of WIP management and billing across all teams. Responsible for relationship with the firms stakeholders and the presentation of reports, financial statements, cashflows and scenario planning. Responsible for the Firms I.T infrastructure.
