Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. As office holder he acts on a wide variety of insolvency appointments each year and has considerable experience in dealing with complex and contentious insolvency issues including litigation, forensics, fraud investigation, recovery of debts via asset tracing, and turnaround and recovery.

He also takes appointments and advises in the mainstream areas of voluntary liquidations, voluntary arrangements, creditor rights and debt restructuring.

For the last 20 years Kevin has been the insolvency adviser to benevolent associations, charities, and other not-for -profit organisations. He works closely with the Trustees and support staff to provide a professional service and help them to meet their obligations to applicants.
