Darren has spent 17 years of his career in Banking and Finance, and Financial Technology, where he led multiple teams and initiatives in Relationship Management, Financial Advice, Professional Services, Secured Lending and Business Development. He has worked extensively with both Corporate and Personal clients ranging from Retail Banking, Private Banking and clients in the Institutional Investment space.

He joined Griffins as Head of Business Development where he works closely with clients and stakeholders to build mutually beneficial relationships. He develops strategies to connect both corporate and personal clients to the right service or solution for them. As part of this, he works closely with professionals such as Banks, Lenders, Lawyers and Accountants to help them gain the right advice at the right time, and to maximize effective results from Griffins’ specialist teams.

Darren also oversees the Marketing efforts of the firm and finds the best way to connect our clients and future clients to Griffins through multiple channels.
