1)
to promote the interests of creditors in insolvency and to promote an
environment where creditors may be actively involved and represented in all
aspects of the insolvency process and reform of that process; 2)
to work towards the maximisation of recoveries for creditors through the
various insolvency processes; and 3)
to act as a forum to facilitate the exchange of views and opinions of
creditors involved in insolvency; 1)
to carry out research and to collect information relating to insolvency
the involvement of creditors in insolvency processes and to use that information
to further the principal objects of the Association; 2)
to promote the use of claim driven recoveries in conjunction with
Conditional Fee Agreements and After the Event Insurance and any other types of
claim, procedures, agreements or insurance which help promote the interests of
creditors in insolvency processes and maximise recoveries for creditors; 3)
to promote and maintain high standards of practice and professional
conduct amongst persons holdings insolvency administration office or who are
otherwise engaged in insolvency administration; 4)
to promote the training and education of creditors in insolvency practice
and procedure; 5)
to co-operate with similar organisations in the United Kingdom and
abroad to facilitate the exchange of information relating to and opinions on
creditors involvement in insolvency administration. |
